Indaero: adelante gracias a la impresión 3D

Through the combination of mechanical and additive processes, Indaero has manufactured the structure of the Neptune Satellite launched in mid-2021. The structure was printed in ULTEM 9085 inhouse and was improved through mechanical and final processes until it achieved the necessary dimensions and tolerances typical of New Space.

With precision of up to 0.05mm, more than 400 electronic enclosures manufactured in 5 axes and in a single position have been delivered, in which the solar sensors are housed that help to position the satellite with respect to the sun.
